Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Asteta Marketing Consultants website, online workshops, membership areas, strategy calls, and consulting services (“Services”).

By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or Services.

Services We Provide

 

Asteta Marketing Consultants offers:

• Marketing consulting services for aesthetics practices
  (including on-demand support, weekly check-ins, and monthly data analysis)

• Free introductory strategy calls

• Paid online workshops with 30-day access through a member login

• Educational marketing content

• Email newsletter updates

 

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any Services at any time.

 

Eligibility

 

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Use the site for lawful purposes

• Provide accurate account, payment, and business information

• Have full authority to act on behalf of the business you represent (if applicable)
   

Member Accounts & Login Access

 

When creating an account for workshops or site access, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your password

• Notify us immediately if your account is accessed without permission
   

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
 

Workshop Access & Digital Products

When purchasing a workshop:

• You receive 30 days of access to the workshop content from the date of purchase.

• Access is delivered through a member login portal.

• Workshop content is for your personal or internal business use only.

• You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, or share workshop material with others.

• All workshop materials, videos, worksheets, and strategies are the intellectual property of Asteta Marketing Consultants.
   

We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse, sharing, or copyright violations.

Consulting Services

For clients enrolled in our monthly consulting program (called the Aesthetics Growth Lab):

• Services include daily/as-needed support, weekly check-ins, and monthly analysis.

• Requested deliverables, strategy documents, or KPIs may be stored securely in our internal workspace (Google Drive).

• Response times and deliverables will be communicated upon onboarding.

• Consulting fees are billed monthly as agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

• All consulting strategy documents, reports, frameworks, and recommendations remain the intellectual property of Asteta Marketing Consultants.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a consulting agreement for misuse, nonpayment, or inappropriate conduct.
 

Payments & Billing

Workshops & Digital Products

Payments for workshops are processed through Wix Payments. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated on your checkout page.
 

Consulting Services

Consulting packages are billed:

• Monthly

• Automatically

• Under the terms agreed upon during enrollment
   

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
 

Refund Policy
 

Workshops

Because workshops include immediate access to digital content, all workshop sales are final and non-refundable.
 

Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting retainers are not offered once the billing period begins. Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing term.

Free Strategy Calls

The free strategy calls are limited to 30 minutes each and are designed for:

• Learning more about opportunities with Asteta Marketing

• Assessing your business needs and goals

• Reviewing marketing opportunities

• Determining whether our consulting services are a good fit
   

We do not guarantee any outcomes as a result of attending a free call. You agree not to record, distribute, or share call content without written permission.
 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our Services—including frameworks, templates, videos, courses, documents, strategies, branding, and written material—is owned by Asteta Marketing Consultants.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Resell

• Distribute

• Publicly share

• Republish

• Create derivative works from

…any content without written permission.
 

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share workshop logins or materials with non-paying users

• Use our content for your own consulting service

• Upload or submit harmful or illegal material

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the website

• Impersonate another person or business

• Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users
   

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
 

Disclaimers

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, lead generation outcomes, or business growth. Your results depend on your implementation, market conditions, budget, team, and other factors beyond our control.
 

Marketing & Business Advice

All recommendations are educational and strategic in nature. We can help instruct and guide as needed, but implementation is your responsibility.
 

Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for:

• Website platform performance

• Pixel behavior or tracking accuracy

• Third-party outages

• Issues with Wix Payments, analytics tools, or social media platforms
   

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Asteta Marketing Consultants is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or Services.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or Services is to discontinue use.
   

This includes damages related to:

• Lost revenue

• Lost data

• Missed bookings

• Delayed marketing results

• Business interruption
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Asteta Marketing Consultants harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of workshop or consulting materials

• Any business decisions you make based on our recommendations
   

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services at any time, including but not limited to:

• Nonpayment

• Misuse

• Sharing unauthorized materials

• Violations of these Terms
   

You may cancel workshop access or consulting services according to the applicable refund or cancellation policies.
 

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
